The only thing I noticed is that the 'missing DLC' the game refers to is probably the amiibo units I registered in my main save file(Relevations) because the issue does not appear when I load my Birthright/Conquest playthroughs. I've already checked the MetaContentHeader.bin and compared everything with the exact same problem/solution(?) mentioned in this thread before and nothing seems to be amiss. Though as aforementioned the festival DLCs are unpatched and are missing the icons. Would you like to start your game with part of the save data removed?' I tried that option and went to the dragon's gate and all DLCs are there(including the festival DLCs).
What I did observe(?) though is that in all attempts the game 'could not find downloadable content.
